Flax was shot and killed while sleeping inside his northwest Charlotte home on the morning of September 20th. Investigators say the suspects fired 84 shots into four homes on Grassy Patch Lane. Detectives believe the shooting was retaliation for a previous shooting, and have not said which home was the intended target.
